Before Christmas
Do you get why people open their presents before christmas?
i have people that go to my school who open their presents before christmas day. they open them a month before christmas and even christmas eve. i really don’t get why people do that. they say they do it so that the next morning they can sleep in but i wouldn’t be able to sleep knowing that i just got new things that i can mess around with. anyone feel the same way?
A lot of catholic european countries (including Poland, Portugal and Spain) open their presents on xmas eve. They go to midnight mass and open them after they get home. I guess it’s just their tradition and maybe they find it strange that other countries open their presents on xmas day itself.
