How can we improve the rate of law-abidance in the African American community?
The higher crime rate amongst African Americans is of concern to all. This leads to more incarceration of blacks, and more focus on blacks by law enforcement.
The tendancy of law enforcement to focus more resources on the higher crime (black) areas may give some blacks the misperception that Police are “out to get them” based on race, not crime.
Personal responsibility and stop listening to their “leaders” who convince them to blame “whitey” for all their ills.
