How to remove sticky adhesive remainder from paperback book covers?
I bought some new paperback books. The store I bought them from put adhesive labels on the covers. Even after I peeled off the labels, there is a thin film of gunk which is so sticky I can’t put the books up against anything. Any serious suggestions on how to remove the gunk? Nail polish remover does not work. Thank you.
There is a product that works very well on this, called “Goo Gone”. I buy it at the local Wal-Mart.
