Book Series
What is an awesome book series for teenagers?
I have read the harry potter series, the peter and the starcatchers, and i just finished the percy jackson series ( which were great!) and i want to read a series that is like those books. Have at least 3 books and have good plots. The kind of book series that you could finish in 2 weeks. Sorry if this is a lot to ask for but i need a good series to read. thanks!
Try the Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare, starting with “City of Bones.” It’s about a girl named Clary who finds out she can see people nobody else can. These people are Shadowhunters, who are trained to kill demons and monsters. Right around the time she realizes she has this power, her mother disappears, and she finds out it has some connection with the Shadowhunters (of course).
The books are a little more mature than the Harry Potter series, and about as long as the later ones (500+ pages). But they’re fast-paced, funny, and really well plotted.
