Great American Steakhouse Onion Machine?
Someone gave my mom this onion machine and she never used it, so she gave it to me. It has everything except the cookbook/instruction booklet. I was hoping I could find it online somewhere, but not having any luck. Anyone know where I can find this booklet? I dont have a clue what to do with this machine.
Make a light batter like a tempura batter, slice the onion in the machine (I assume it’s a slicing or cutting machine?) but not all the way through, then dip the whole onion upside down in the batter and deep fry it.
