Kids movie where the kid goes into a library and hits his head and ends up in a cartoon adventure?
there is a kids movie i am looking for… all i remember is the boy gets picked on, he is riding his bike in the rain and ends up going into a library to get out of the storm. He ends up in a big area of empty space in the library and i think he hits his head? after that he is in a cartoon like adventure.
