Condition Book

how do i keep a signed book in good condition?
i jst got a good signed book and dont want it ruined wat do i do and no i dont have a book case to keep it on
I would just put it in a glass bookcase standing upright as a book should. Don’t lay it down in a pile with other books on top of it.
Most of the damage that comes to books is mold. If you’ve ever seen it, brown mold on old volumes is called “foxing.” Keep it from moisture (and even sunlight if you can.)
Don’t hand it over to someone who will bend the corners, smudge or mark the pages, or lay it upside down and open because they couldn’t find a bookmark to mark their page.
