Cook Books
What are some good first cook books?
My sister will be graduating from college in a month, and will truly be living on her own for the first time in her life not long after. She has always wanted to be able to cook, but to be honest, she’s… kind of terrible.
For a graduation present, I want to get her a really good first cook book, preferably a book that really lays out all the essentials to cooking- how to prepare properly, how to season, how to tell if something is done, etc.
Any suggestions?
