ideas for a detective book series?
i have this really good idea for a book series involving a detective. what are some ideas for some cases that the detective would be writing? no murders please. this will be a series for kids. i want to write stuff like in the shredderman books.

A fun old book to read is the “Maltese Falcon” and by the same author “Red Harvest” – both corny crime drama – but very well done in their own strange way.
I bet you could get both those for about nothing if you get them used from Amazon.
