Is my book 1st edition?
I have a signed hardback edition of ‘Are those my basoomas I see before me’ Louise Rennison.
I think it’s a 1st edition, it says 1st published in 2009 and copyright and stuff then the number underneath just says 1. Does this mean it was the first ever? (I doubt) I really want to sell it for what it’s worth!
I have no idea but I know that writer’s get around ten copies of their book, therefor it wouldn’t be the first edition. Even if it is a signed edition, it wouldn’t be Louise Renninson’s book – it would be a copy from the shop. It wouldn’t be the first publicly published book either because the author already has the first ten or so books.
