Fritz Leiber
What’s your favorite fantasy novel?
I have a few. It’s hard to choose between Michael Moorcock’s “Elric of Melnibone” and H.P. Lovecraft’s “The Dream Quest of Unknown Kadath.” I also liked all of Zelazny’s “Amber” novels and Fritz Leiber’s “Fafhrd and the Gray Mouser” stories. Not to leave out the distaff side, there’s C.J. Cherryh’s “Gate of Ivrel” series and Tanith Lee’s “Storm Lord.” All great works. What’s your favorite?
Lord of the Rings. JRR Tolkein.
Dune Series. Frank Herbert.
Foundation Series. Isaac Asimov.
