Geology Usgs
Where can I find a good natural resource map for the US?
Resources should include farming crops, lumber, energy sources, minerals, etc.
I tried using http://geology.usgs.gov/connections/images/shared/og-us_prodution_map.jpg, but the link is broken and doesn’t work….

I think it’s strictly for minerals but that’s all I could find for you that might help. I also confirmed your links and they failed for me also. I went to it and it is interactive. If I’m not mistaken it is also downloadable but not sure if it will be interactive once downloaded. (It might be though.) You will have to know the symbols as indicated on the map (e. g. copper, coal, aluminum etc.) but that should be quite easy for you identifying the minerals etc..
