Hand Color
Should pants in a second hand store be gathered by size or by color?
I am now a volunteer at a Red Cross store, and want to improve the store so we sell more clothing.
What is more important-to gather pants by colors or by sizes? I´ve shopped at stores that had pants you could easily get by looking at the little plastic rounders on the racks, and it was easier to find what I needed. We now have them organized by color and you have to look at the white tag on the inside and it seems frustrating.

Yea…I would go by size. There is no sense in looking through size 5′s if you are a size 12. You are correct! Maybe you could do sizes first and then sort the colors secondly.
