American John Hopkins has reportedly signed a letter of intent with Kawasaki’s MotoGP team for 2008. Hopkins had once professed that he wanted to spend his entire career with Suzuki–ala Kevin Schwantz–but that sentiment has seemingly passed.

This is a shock to the system! Might have to rethink that list I made the other day now.
Do you think this will be a good move? I dont. The Suzuki is really starting to shift now, the Kwack is still …… a bit of a duck. ( yes I know it got front row last time out, but still no good in the race)

hopper is a definite talent. His has ridden the suzook so far over the edge he has hurt himself countless times. The kawi is a fast bike and with hopper on it things may look up for him and kawi. Just look what rossi did for the yami. But I will remind you that Mr. Stoner will hold the title this year
