Hugh Walpole
Has anyone ever read a Hugh Walpole novel?
Which one, and what did you think of it?
I have read ‘Rogue Herries’, a long time ago and a couple of others in the ‘Herries’ series and I have read several short stories.
Herries places him in the Anthony Hope, Rafael Sabatini school, but his short stories are closer to Algernon Blackwood or even Edgar Allen Poe.
