King Arthur

Where can I find valid historical information on the legend of King Arthur?
Fact becomes fiction, as all legends become… however in any legend there is a strain of truth. I am trying to find the “historical evidence” that inspired the movie “King Arthur,” and I’m not looking for the book “King Arhtur – Quest for Camelot.” What “historical evidence” has been found and where can I find it on the information super-highway?
Nice. King Arthur has so many stories and legends associated with him now it really gets difficult to unentangle them all. Try some of these websites:
http://www.britannia.com/history/h12.html
http://www.tintagelweb.co.uk/
http://www.kingarthursknights.com/
http://legends.dm.net/kingarthur/
And also check out the Yahoo! Directory category here:
http://uk.dir.yahoo.com/Arts/Humanities/Literature/Periods_and_Movements/Medieval/Arthurian_Studies/
All the sites in the Yahoo! Directory have been looked at by their editors so they are normally really good.
