Lake District
a base for exploring the lake district on foot?
i’m planning on a long weekend spent in the lake district sometime this july or august. can anyone recommend a good hostel? it needs to be somewhere we can just strike off from to walk, as we dont have a car, and preferably in the country. definitely needs to be cheap, and has to allow under 18s, as were both 16.
also, if anyone has any other tips about hiking in the lakes, they would be much appreciated
Go to horsenden hill in londen greenford it is small but u could also get a kayak form ealing canoe club ask them mabe u could get 1 i am a member!!!
Also they have trials and tours with the rangers (Horsenden rangers)
