my little kittens hip bone is sticking out does that mean its dislocated?
every time my sister comes home she brings my three little kittens inside. one day when she came home she saw one of are kittens walking really slow so she picked him up and he started crying (this happend last week) hes better now.

If by sticking out you mean the bone has broken through the skin, you really should contact an emergency vet right away. If on the other hand you mean that that bone protrudes more than the other side, then most likely yes, it is dislocated and needs a vets attention before bad conditions set permanently.
