Questions for Thackeray’s “Vanity Fair”?
I’m writing a quiz for William Makepeace Thackeray’s “Vanity Fair,” and if you’ve ever quized on the book, you’ll understand my problem. Could someone please give me facts that can turn into questions or questions and answers?
I’d rather not use questions that have been widely used before. I don’t want the students to be able to pass this quiz just by watching the movie or reading the cliff notes
I’ve read the book once about two/three years ago and forgot a lot about it. Why am I answering this question then? lol I figured I’d give you the URL to an on-line quiz over Vanity Fair, from www.Cliffnotes.com. http://www.cliffsnotes.com/WileyCDA/LitNote/Vanity-Fair.id-158,pageNum-59.html
You could use those questions or use them as inspiration. They also have summaries of chapters and characters to help spark some questions and answers. Hope this helps!
