I can’t decide which college to go to Francis Marion University or OC tech…HELP!!!?
FMU is a 4 year university about an hour and a half away. OC tech is near home and i would still live at home, but its only two years. SO CONFUSED!

What do you think you will study? Math, sciences, engineering, auto mechanics, etc? It really does make a difference.
I can tell you that plenty of students go to community college [CC] for 1 to 4 semesters, then finish their Bachelors at a different school. Most CCs can get you through your mandatory core courses that transfer to the 4-year school if completed with a C or better grade. One of my own kids is doing that right now and many of my students have also taken that route.
