Merry Christmas

Avoid The Rush In Giving Out Christmas Cards By Remembering These Suggestions
You might have observed from last year’s experience that distributing greeting cards is a exhausting thing to do. You plan approximately 50 or more persons whom you’d be sending thank you or greeting cards. Thus, if you don’t prepare for your yearly card-giving project, you may perhaps find yourself in a hurry. However you can avoid this hassle from taking place by doing your research, which consists of the following:
1. A list of recipients
Honestly, you can’t count somebody out. You were able to mail seventy cards to different people and realized you forgot to send one to your dear neighbor and four other friends. Now, you can’t tell them “Oh, I’m very sorry, but I’ll give you one soon” when it’s already New Year’s Eve. The right thing is to make a complete list of people who are important to you. This should be made several weeks before sending out the Christmas cards. To do this, try listing all your close neighbors, friends, colleagues, family, and others. Under the “others” list you can include your ex-lover or the milk truck driver, if you want to.
2. Select your materials
Selecting the material, the color, and theme depends upon your taste. This is where your personality is shown. Don’t purchase a box of stationery only because your workmate went on buying one last week. Select your own design. Create it using your style. You can actually make occasional walks into shops that sell greeting cards for all seasons. You can decide to have only one style of card for all. Or you may choose depending on who you’re giving them out to.
3. Have a specific time to prepare them
While you can prepare the greeting cards prior to bedtime or in your spare time on a weekend, please don’t do it at work, particularly if it’s an interruption to your job. Personalized Christmas cards may require a little more time so be sure that you buy cards and make them weeks before you
intend to send them out. If you do it hastily on the 23rd of December, you have a great chance of not remembering some people.
4. Be personal
Greeting cards are a means of sharing your kind thoughts and feelings. A modest “Merry Christmas” is good enough but you can be more warm by writing down some ideas. For instance, you can write down a note to a officemate on how you love having coffee moments with them. Say to your acquaintance how much you liked your latest shopping splurge with them. Say to your partner how happy you are that this is your 5th, 15th, or 25th Christmas together. Impart just a few simple yet genuine feelings. If you are a supervisor or a manager, show how positive you are of your team by means of business Christmas cards, which can be attached with gifts or bonus cash.
Of course, remember to have your name written on the card. You can’t leave your recipients speculating.
We wish you a merry christmas
