What is the legal age for tattoos in North Dakota?
Im 17, going to North Dakota to get a tattoo since you have to be 18(no matter what) in Minnesota. can i get a tattoo at age 17 if my parents are with me?
There are no law regulating how old you have to be to get a tattoo in North Dakota, I think its up to each tattoo parlor.
