How to ask professors for recommendations to more than one grad school?
So I have one professor and a another post doc that are willing to write me recommendation letters to a grad school I am applying to. But what if I am applying to more than one school and different program? Is it ok to tell them I am applying to more than one? Does this usually mean they have to write more than one letter? I dont want to sound messed up and ask for too much.
They’ll expect you’re applying to more than one program. I applied to 13 grad programs altogether, and they expected to be writing that many. Most just need to be changed a little bit for a different program, if at all.
