2 names? poster: fear & loathing/savage journey?

okay.
so i have this poster, (link above) and i know it’s a ralph steadman picture.
and on it, two titles are written.
in the bottom right hand corner, it says ‘ “the savage journey” Ralph Steadman, copyright 2005.’
but in the bottom left hand corner, it says ‘Ralph Steadman -Fear and loathing.’
what’s the actual title?
and also, I bought it, not knowing anything about it. i just thought it looked cool. and then whenever people saw it, they’d either say some sort of quote or tell me they loved that movie. after a bit of research, i found out that “fear and loathing in las vegas” is the name of a novel and a movie, but how does this picture come into play?

“Fear and Loathing In Las Vegas” was the name of a Hunter S. Thompson novel, and of the movie adapted from the novel. The book’s subtitle was “A Savage Journey Into the American Dream.” Ralph Steadman is the artist who made the illustration you bought. That picture was the book’s cover art; it depicts a scene from early in the story. (Steadman’s illustrations appear throughout Thompson’s body of work.) So “A Savage Journey” may be the title of the illustration, but “Fear and Loathing” is the name of the book where it first appeared.
