I have Daredevil #2 comic book, it is in very good-fine condition.. How much would you say it is worth? help!?
I have Daredevil #2 comic book, it is in very good-fine condition.. I was wondering is this comic book valuable? How much should it be worth? Is it a comic that is very scarce of what? How much would you say it is worth? $200, $300, or what? please help
Comic books are worth what you can get someone else to pay you for a particular issue. As far as Daredevil #2 goes, that issue features a cameo by the Fantastic Four, is considered highly collectable, and would probably bring around $500 if you sold it on eBay. That is provided it is the second issue of the first volume of Daredevil published by Marvel. Lev Gleason published the original Daredevil seriies in the 40s and a copy of Daredevil Comics #2 would be worth considerably more, if it was in good to very good condition. I would doubt you have a book from the Lev Gleason Daredevil series.
Marvel has also published a number of mini series, one offs, reboots, and miscellanous titles that feature most of their more popular characters. If you have the second issue of “Daredevil: Yellow,” for example, it wouldn’t be worth more than two or three dollars. Check the indicia (the small print at the bottom of the first page, and look for the copyright date of 1964. If the book has any other copyright date, whatever you own has far less potential value.
