Brother SE 400 Adds Cable USB Port And Replaces Brother SE-350
The Brother SE 400 has been upgraded with a USB Port and replaces the Brother SE350 which is now discontinued.
The Brother SE 400 is identical to the very popular Brother SE-350 except that the SE-400 has a USB port and cable that attaches to your computer. This means that you don’t have to buy expensive software and an embroidery card reader/writer when you want additional embroidery designs.
You can find a vast number of embroidery designs on the Internet, many for free or at a very low cost
You just download the designs you like (in .pes or .dst format) and save them on your personal computer. Then when you’re ready, connect your computer to the SE-400′s USB port using the USB cable, import the designs and stitch them out.
You can find step-by-step instructions over on www.BrotherSE400.com in the article, “How To Download Embroidery Designs”.
If you’re just starting out, or you want to upgrade your sewing machine and get into embroidery, then the Brother SE 400 is a fabulous machine to have because it embroiders as well as sews for a reasonable price.
You’re getting the best of both stitching worlds at a fraction of what you’d pay for the two separate machines.
As an embroidery machine, the Brother SE 400 gives you 70 built-in embroidery designs, 5 monogramming fonts, and 120 frame pattern combinations. As an entry level embroidery machine — rated tops! — a great value for the money.
In addition to the embroidery features, the Brother SE-400 is a standalone computerized sewing machine with 67 built-in sewing stitches including 10 styles of one-step automatic buttonholes.
The Brother SE400 comes with a full array of accessories that includes almost everything you need to get started. Just add some fabric and thread and you’ll be on your way in no time to expressing your creativity.
To summarize, if you want the convenience of a combination embroidery and sewing machine in a compact, feature-full machine that is so easy to use with the LCD touch-screen control panel, you can’t beat the Brother SE400 for value for money.

The Beatles – Help! [VHS] $9.75 After the worldwide success of A Hard Day’s Night, the Beatles and director Richard Lester reunited for a follow-up film, Eight Arms to Hold You. Well, that wasn’t the final title; a pleading Lennon-McCartney tune provided the catchier handle: Help! A loose semispoof of the globe-trotting James Bond pictures, Help! has always been considered a somewhat disorganized comedown from its predecessor; b… |
