Do I need to get my photo signed for my first provisional license?
I will be sending off my Indian Passport along with the application form. I’ve been in this country for a year, so obviously I can’t get anyone to sign my photo. My question is, do I need to get my photo signed at all since I’ll be sending my Indian passport as a proof of identity? Many thanks!

“If you have come to live in the UK within the last two years and you cannot have your photo signed by someone who has known you for at least two years within the UK, you should take all the documents to your nearest DVLA local office. They will sign your photo and fill in section seven of the application form. The DVLA local office will send your application and original identity documents to DVLA Swansea.”
