Signed Letter
I signed a terminator letter but my name was spelled wrong. Does the letter have any legal affect?
I want to terminate my service with my accountant. He wrote a letter on my behave and asked me to sign. I signed and later realized my name was spelled incorrectly (missing a letter). I am wondering if the letter have any legal affect?

I think your signature not the spelling on the letter has more significance.
This letter is valid in India. I don’t know about American law but it should be valid there too.
