Is the Supreme Court going to hear a suit involving the Presidents citizenship?
I read this morning that the Supreme Court is going to hear a suit that the President is not a born citizen of the US.
None of the lawsuits have survived the 12 (b) 6 motion to dismiss. That means that the claim has been found to be groundless.
