What happens if you don’t finish you community service?
I didn’t finish it in the time it was to be signed off, now i have another charge of shoplifting which they were both under $200, n were just petty things such as lotion, and other stupid things. How do i avoid jail time! If i get a good lawyer and plead that I am going to finish it, and just want one more chance, and that I start at thomas nelson community college, and also have a job, that i might get off
Yes, a good lawyer is exactly what you need because you’ve already proven that you will not comply with the terms of probation/diversion and you’ve proven to be a recidivist criminal.
