little tips to get my body in tip top shape& a nice skin glow?
I don’t want to hear about any thing out ragas and crazy just simple small tips like drinking green tea can help your heart or some thing, but I don’t want crap.

Okay, I know this is going to sound gross, and I haven’t tried it yet but everyone raves by it. Apple Cider Vinegar. Here’s what you do. Put 1- 2 tablespoons of it in a small glass of water (you can add honey to it) and drink it throughout the day. Do not drink it all at once. I don’t know why, but that’s what I’ve read over and over again. This is probably going to taste very nasty too (that’s why I haven’t tried it).
Exercise. I just started an exercise routine and I feel really great in just the two days that I’ve done it. Exercise is supposed to somehow make acne not as bad. It also prevents menstrual cramps from getting too bad.
Face mask: 1/2 cup of plain yogurt and 5 fresh strawberries
mash up the strawberries until all is mashed up and there are no chunks. Mix it together with the yogurt and rub it over your face and neck. Leave it on for 15 minutes and rinse with warm water. Rinse again with cold water to close your pores up. This mask makes dull looking skin look new and refreshed. The yogurt has some sort of ingredient that cleans your pores and makes your skin look healthy. The strawberries have vitamins and antioxidants that make your skin feel soft and cool.
I lotion up my hands daily, at any chance I get, and my elbows and knees nightly.
I always have clear nail polish on. It seems to keep my nails strong and they don’t seem to break as much. I like Sally Hansen, which has so many different kinds that all work.
You can look up online face masks that you can make at home. I prefer to do that instead of buying them. My skin is quite sensitive, and most products dry it out.
One more thing. All the women in my family have done this for years and it works amazing. Just put honey on your face and leave it there for as long as you want. I like to take a bath and read a good book while the honey does its stuff. You can add cinnamon to it too, just make sure you don’t add too much because it might burn.
