Who’s the biggest stoner- Big Bird, Wembley, Uncle Remus, Hendrix, Garcia, Jim Morrison, Shaggy,or Scooby Doo?

I am going to have to say Morrison with Shaggy running a close 2nd

And Shaggy as runner up because he actually belived that Scooby could talk. He was perpetually high and always had the freakin’ munchies. RAGGY RELP ME!!!!
