Where can I find a summary of the S.F. novel “The Beast” written by A. E. Van Vogt?
This is a so-called “fix up”, a novel created by combining a number of shorter stories that had been previously published. I don’t have a copy, and read it so long ago that it would be unfair to try to summarize. There is a van Vogt website maintained by fans, I suggest you check it. Also, there my be one for his wife, also an SF writer, E(dna) Mayne Hull.
