I have this humorous vintage kitchen trivet and on it, it says “Many a woman has started out playing with fire and ended up cooking over it” What do you think it means?
I think it means that so many women start out with big dreams and aspirations, and such a passion for life and carefree blissful attitude, but instead of living their life with the same youthful flare they once had, they end up having to conform to society’s expectations and cook and clean all day. Many women have lost their youthfulness and dare-devil personalities in becoming a housewife.
