Vintage anime, cannot find the title for the life of me?
The story line goes as this if I can remember correctly (the last time i watched it when i was 8…im 21 now so im guessing it’s an oldie): It’s a story that’s pretty much based on a romeo and juliet theme where 2 families are at odds but the son from one family and the daughter from the other begin to love one another. The families are families of nature sprites, the boy i believe is a type of merman and the female is a fire sprite….the water boy also has a little friend who looks like a chibi merman…who ends up dying by rocks falling on him or something along those lines. Also if one of the family members were to touch one another …one would die or be hurt or sumtin like that. Man i cannot believe i even remembered this much of it but it’s been haunting me for years to know the title of this vintage anime…The music score for it was awesome….if i could get any suggestions or guesses from EDUCATED anime fans that would be awesome
The only one I could think of is “Mermaid Marina”… Sorry, that’s all I got…
