Vol Iii
my LEFT THUMB VOL III…i finally saw a specialist yesterday?
he said that it may be an inflated tendon…so now i’m on a steroid treatment for two weeks. if that doesn’t work, they are gonna do a small procedure to fix the problem…if that doesn’t work, i think i’m gonna have to go on ebay to buy a new left thumb, cause he said that it may be nerve damage that we are talking about…
just in case i have to go to ebay, has anyone successfuly purchased a body part that worked and fitted properly? i don’t want to look at the pic of a womans thumb, but whent he package gets to me, it’s some grisley adams hand staring back at me…
on a serious note, has anyone gotten steroid treatments in low dossages? any risk or complication with that? i don’t even like taking prescribed pain killers cause i don’t wanna mess my body up…i worry about steroids in my system…
anyone?
I had for trigger finger on two different occasions. No problem. However I would not have ongoing shots of steroids.
