Fable 2 Knothole Island Books?

I have these books:

Vol ii
Vol iii
Vol iv
Vol v
Vol vi
Vol vii
Vol viii
Vol ix
Vol x

not sure about were i found each one, but i remember that number 2 (vol ii) is in the ice temple thing place :S lol neway, its after you hit that orb loads of times to get past the lightning, well the way that it opens up leads to a hill where you first get the snow statue thing, but at the bottom there should be some ice that you can smash and drop down and go up a ladder to get it. just a tip incase ive made this hard to understand; if you get to the bit where the fire is you have gone past it.

srry about writing so much. for 10 (x) i dont know as that is the only one im missing. but for 3 and 5 just look around outside and if you haven’t get your dog to 5 star treasure hunting.
