Can I lock my macbook with a PASSWORD?
As sad as this sounds, I need to lock my mac from myself. I can not focus on school. My mom won’t keep my computer in her room because she feels that I’m too old to be policed or something…so yes. I need to lock it from myself. I’ll probably have my dad write down the password and not tell me what it is.
I’m sure this will result in me having to be locked in a psych ward. So yeah…does anyone know if this is possible?
Yeah its possible, just set it to where it goes to the profile screen instead of logging in and put yourself a password. I don’t remember how to do it though, my hand-me-down mac broke D: sad sad day!
