Driving me crazy. I keep reading through every Walt Whitman book of poetry and cannot find ‘Will you go with
Like his poetry anyway (I sing the body electric) but am trying to find a poem that was in the film years ago ‘Love Story’. I think she reads Elizabeth Barrett Browning (Sonnet from the Portuguese – When our two loves stand up erect and strong, growing higher and higher), and he reads Walt Whitman. I love poetry but am failing on this one! It’s just a trip down memory lane, but also a poem I want to send to an atheist friend who is marrying soon.
