Is it legal to write the guy who killed my uncle as long as its not threatening?
Ok so my uncle was shot and killed and I want to write his killer who is in jail nothing hostile I just want to let him know how bad he screwed up my life and for the people who like to leave rude comments here’s something to think about.They shot my uncle because he was saying cuz too much around some bloods ao they found some random stupid blood gangsta to shoot him up so now his girlfriend had a baby and what not and I juss want to know if I can write to him.
You can definitely write to him, though he doesn’t have to read it.
