14 year old girl – giggles a lot, dresses childish, etc.
21 year old – talks maturely, etc.

better differences are: amount of responsibility (more as you get older, and the type. 14 year olds have to take out the trash, 21 year olds have to make money), the goals they possess (the older, the more realistic goals are and are more centered on economic prosperity, success, and families), personal experience (more as you get older), etc
